The precarious global migration of Swainson’s hawks flows thorugh the desert valley of Borrego Springs, CA. Citizen scientists attempt to track the birds through their backyard. This disparate gang is led by local scientist Hal Cohen. Can they stick together long enough to do their job while helping protect the hawk migration for the future?
